Neve Insular · Community Management Workshop

The Community Management Workshop, coordinated by Rui Levy, consisted of 4 days of collaborative work with hands-on learning in planning and management. The main outcomes were: 1) a shared understanding of the cotton production cycle; 2) the creation of simple planning and record-keeping tools; 3) the definition of five working groups and their responsibilities; and 4) the formation of the founding committee of a group involving the Mulheres do Vale (Women of the Valley).
